The environment you live in plays such an important role in how you feel. That means if your surroundings are chaotic, you’re more likely to feel that way internally, too. Start small and tackle a closet or kitchen junk drawer, or organize a whole room if you feel compelled. No matter the size of the space, it could have a big impact when it’s reimagined.
Helpful Tip: You can tidy up in many ways, and it might be easier to approach it in a specific order. Try beginning by decluttering non-sentimental items and working yourself up to the sentimental ones since they can be a little more challenging to whittle down.
