Day 3 drink more water today (and keep it going through Day 21!)

You’ll be surprised to see the difference in your health once you start drinking the amount of water your body needs. Here’s how to get a baseline for where you should start. Take your body weight in pounds and divide it in half. Aim to drink that many ounces of water per day, plus an extra 8 ounces if you’re exercising. So find your favorite refillable water bottle and drink up!

Expert Tip: You should always check the color of your urine at the end of the day. If it’s not clear, you’re not getting enough water.
