Making a list of things you’ve always wanted to do can be easy and fun, but making the time to actually do them can be a lot more challenging. Luckily, today’s challenge is the perfect opportunity to do one of those things. Start small or go big — the emotional benefits of stepping outside of your comfort zone will be the same no matter what you decide to try.
