Day 12 analyze your bedtime routine and find ways to sleep better

Your nightly routine plays such a big role in the sleep you’ll get during the night ahead. Taking the time to develop a plan before bed can be simple to do and will signal to your body that it’s time to relax for the night. You could try staying screen-free for an hour before bed, doing nightly stretches, using some soothing lavender-scented oils or drinking a glass of warm milk. Focus on sticking to a new plan that works for you to get better quality ZZZ’s.

Expert Tip: While you don’t want to work out directly before trying to fall asleep, any reasonable vigorous exercise done during the day will help you sleep better.
