Day 10 find a new book to read before bed

It’s important to put yourself in the right mindset before settling in for the night. Reading before bed is a great way to calm your mind and find balance after a long day. Plus, it’s been shown that eliminating screen-time before bed can also help you get to sleep easier. Find something you’re excited to read so it’s something you’ll look forward to.

Expert Tip: Pair a good bedtime book with a good bedtime snack like fruit with peanut butter, crackers and low-fat cheese, or yogurt with granola.
